Due university scheduling, there may be an extension in turn around time.There are no refunds after the sketch is approved. Any major changes after lineart will cost extra depending on detail.Client has a right to exercise personal use with commissions. Any intention of commercial use must be stated prior to payment exchange. A 75% upcharge fee is applied to commercial use of art.At any given point may the client or artist exercise their right to cancel the commission. Refunds will only be given if client has paid upfront and sketch has not been approved.
If the commission is canceled on the artist's end at any point in time during the commission process (sketch, lineart, rendering) then a full refund will be issued accordingly (See NSFW policy for exemption to this rule).I do not draw furry, mecha, or excessive gore. I only draw SFW/NSFW humans and/or humanoid fantasy characters.
Client must be 18 or older to commission an NSFW piece. If the client is not 18 or older and fails to disclose this information and I find out, I have the right at any point in the commission process to cancel the commission. If at this point the lineart is completed and I learn that the client is not at or above the age of 18, only half of the money will be refunded.
